My main problem is, that if he tries to upload the script he gets a 403 – Forbiden error.
Can anybody help me please?


First of all, there’s always a question of who is the owner of the account where you’re trying to upload the file. If you are the owner of the account, then you can try to use the Batch upload in the FileZilla.
If you’re trying to upload to a different user, then the only solution would be to give the user the permissions to upload files to the directory.
A “permission denied” error probably means that your file size is too big (50 MB or more). In this case, you should contact the service provider to ask for permission to upload larger files.
Last but not least, you might need to perform the operation in a “nightly” server, because FTP isn’t designed to be accessed 24 hours per day.


First you must try to upload the file from your own account.
Then, you should upload to a testing account, then a ‘normal’ account and so on.

In-vitro and in-vivo analysis of immunological effects of heat-killed Mycobacterium tuberculosis cell-wall fractions.
Although tuberculosis (TB) remains a major cause of death worldwide, there is a high rate of TB morbidity and mortality in developing countries. The production of TB vaccines is a relatively new field. The present study was carried out to investigate the antigenic content and the immunological effects of a whole-cell sonicated water-based extract of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (M.TB) cell wall. Immunogenicity, cell-stimulatory and cytotoxic activities were assessed in vitro and in vivo. M.TB cell-wall extract stimulated the production of interleukin-12, interleukin-2 and interferon-gamma, and killed M.TB cells (M.TB-CW) induced cytotoxicity in macrophages. M.TB-CW-stimulated macrophages were able to prime peritoneal cells to produce interleukin-12 and interferon-gamma. M.TB-CW was also able to induce significant resistance to M.
